Substitution & Return Policy

At U Flower Shop, we take pride in delivering the freshest, most beautiful floral arrangements to our community. Because we work with perishable, natural products, we have specific policies in place to ensure you and your recipients receive the best possible service.

1. Substitution Policy

Mother Nature is unpredictable! While we try our absolute best to match the arrangements pictured on our website exactly, floral availability changes daily based on seasons and market conditions.

We reserve the right to substitute blooms, greenery, or vases of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement remains fresh, beautiful, and delivered on time. We will always maintain the overall style, theme, and color palette of your chosen arrangement.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilts within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately and provide a photograph of the flowers. We will happily work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a fresh replacement arrangement.

3. Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the recipient is unavailable and there is no safe place to leave the arrangement, the flowers will be returned to our shop. We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, which may incur an additional local delivery fee.
